  • used to add a new item

  • used to return to the previous screen

  • used to cancel the current action

  • used to copy an existing reading to a new reading

  • used to start the delete process

  • used to open the filtering, the color also tells you that not filtering is active

  • used to open the filtering, the color also tells you that filtering is active

  • use to hide the on screen keyboard

  • used to complete the delete, clear or reset process

  • used to save changes

  • used to select all rows in the list

  • used to start the report export process

  • used to show the main navigation menu

3. How do I update dark/light mode for this app?

The Dark Mode theme is available in iOS 13 and newer. In this app you have 3 options:
  1. Always Dark: applies the dark theme to the app even if iOS is set to the light theme

  2. Always Light: applies the light theme to the app even if iOS is set to the dark theme

  3. Follow System: follows the theme set by iOS (default setting)

To update theme used by the app:
  1. Access the Settings Page (tap here to learn how)

  2. Scroll down to and tap the "Dark Mode" row.



  3. A list of dark mode options will load, you then tap the row with the theme you would prefer.



4. Can I adjust the font style and size?

By default, there are two styles of text throughout the app, bold and non bolded plain text.

You have the ability to change the font family and style of the bold and non bold text separately. You can also increase the size of most all text throughout the app. To update these settings:
  1. Access the Settings Page (tap here to learn how)

  2. Then scroll down to and tap the "My Style" row.



  3. To update the bold text, tap the Bolded/Group Header Font row



    Then scroll through the list and tap the font family and style you prefer



  4. To update the non bold plain text, tap the General Font row



    Then scroll through the list and tap the font family and style you prefer



  5. To update the text size, tap the - or + buttons in the Text Size row



5. How do I access the backed up reports using Finder on macOS Catalina or newer?

Starting macOS Catalina, you can use Finder to access the backed up reports.

If you're using macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC, use iTunes to access the backed up reports. (tap here to learn how)

  1. Open a Finder window.

  2. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer with a USB cable.

  3. Select your device in the Finder. Tap here to learn what to do if your computer does not recognize your device.

  4. Click the Files tab then click the triangle next to Monitor My BP to reveal the list of existing files. Then select all files with a CSV or HTML extension, then drag the files to your computer.
